Registration Fees

Conference Fees: $875 CAD

Pre-Conference Events: $130 each or $240 for both CAD

Banquet Tickets (non-Conference guests): $120 CAD

Banquet to be held on Thursday, May 8th, starting with a reception (cash bar) at 5:30pm.

Note: Conference registration fees include all conference sessions, lunch each day and the banquet dinner. Registrants are responsible for choosing and booking their own accommodations. There are several hotels in the area who have offered special rates for conference registrants. Please email srvconf2025@gmail.com for more information.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by March 31st, 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

Cancellation after April 1st, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
